Quick answers to the questions we get the most.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Most replies go out within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, US Eastern Time. Urgent purchase or refund issues are usually handled the same business day. If a week passes without a reply, please email again — occasionally Gmail or Outlook will route a message to spam on either end.

I need a refund for a mini-guide or the Debt Freedom Blueprint. What do I do?

Email hello@debtclaritytools.com with the email address used at checkout and the order date. Refund requests received within 30 days of purchase are honored without questions. The refund is processed by SamCart and typically appears on your statement within 3–7 business days.

Do you offer personal financial advice?

No. Debt Clarity Tools is an educational publisher, not a licensed financial advisor. The calculators and guides are designed to give you accurate math and clear information so you can either make a confident decision yourself or take that math to a qualified professional. See our Terms of Use for details.

Can I embed your calculators on my website or blog?

Yes — free embed codes for all five calculators are available at debtclaritytools.com/for-webmasters. The only requirement is a visible attribution link near the calculator. No signup, no fees, no API keys.

I noticed something that looks wrong on the site. How should I report it?

Email hello@debtclaritytools.com with: the page URL, the device and browser you were using, and a short description of what you expected versus what you saw. A screenshot is a huge help when possible. Reports are reviewed within 1 business day and bug fixes typically ship within a week.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored content?

No. The site is editorially independent and we do not publish guest articles, sponsored posts, or paid placements. Every article is written or reviewed by Dr. James Smiling.
